Adelaide Sexual Health Centre (ASHC), formerly Clinic 275, provides a free and confidential specialist sexual health service for South Australia.

This includes medical consultations and advice, testing and treatment for all sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV, on-site laboratory testing, partner notification and support, and much more.

Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) Adelaide Sexual Health Centre has changed the way we operate.

  • Before booking your appointment please complete the AM I OK self-assessment tool. If you are advised to seek care elsewhere, you will be given options at the end of the self-assessment
  • Masks are no longer required. However, if you have recently tested positive to covid or show any signs or symptoms, please call us (08) 7177 2800 and discuss your situation with a nurse.

  • Tuesday: 11.15am to 6.30pm
  • Wednesday: 11.15am to 6.30pm
  • Thursday: 1.00pm to 4.30pm
  • Friday: 9.15am to 4.30pm

We are moving

We are moving from our site on East Terrace in January 2024. Our new location will be 260 Currie Street, Adelaide.

Our opening hours for Christmas and New Year's, and to accommodate our move, are as follows:
