Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Consulting days Monday, Tuesday and Friday (by appointment).

Hawker Medical Centre welcomes enquiries from new patients; however, appointment availability may depend on individual circumstances and the needs of our local community. Please contact the Medical Centre to discuss your needs and confirm availability.

Tourists and visitors to the Flinders Ranges are also welcome to contact us if medical care is required while in the region.

Appointments

Appointments are available by phoning reception during office hours.

Fees and billing

The GPs at this practice bulk bill all patients providing they hold a current Medicare card.

Medical reports and heavy vehicle licences will be billed according to the complexity of the report.

After hours and emergency care

After hours and emergency care is available through the Hawker Memorial Hospital. Please call (08) 8648 4172 if you require urgent after hours medical treatment, or phone 000 for an ambulance.

Non-urgent after hours medical advice is available from Healthdirect Australia helpline 1800 022 222.
