The Respiratory, Sleep and Ventilatory Services at SALHN have multiple testing and clinic appointments available at Noarlunga GP Plus super clinic.
Respiratory Function Laboratory
Testing available at the Noarlunga GP Plus Clinic includes:
- Spirometry and respiratory resistance measurements before and after bronchodilator
- Lung diffusing capacity
- Total lung capacity
- Functional assessment (6-minute walk distance)
- Arterial blood gas analysis
- Aeroallergen Skin Prick Testing
Appointments require a referral by a medical practitioner and can be made by phoning the Respiratory Function Laboratory on (08) 8204 7129.

Respiratory clinics
The clinic manages of all forms of respiratory and sleep diseases including sleep apnoea and pulmonary hypertension. The clinic also provides initial assessment of lung cancer and early review in a multidisciplinary setting. It provides support for patient’s using PAP therapy, oxygen provision, specialty Non-Invasive Ventilation clinics.
