Plan Ahead Campaign

Get Ready for Plan Ahead Week!

Plan Ahead Week, held every September, is your chance to take charge of your future. This annual campaign urges us to reflect on our financial, health, legal, and personal wishes, ensuring they're not just wishes but documented plans.

Ready to take action? Here's your checklist:

  • Do you have an Advance Care Directive, and have you made sure your loved ones know about it?
  • Have you sorted out your Enduring Power of Attorney, with someone you trust ready to look after your financial affairs if you can’t?
  • Are you registered as an organ and tissue donor? Make sure your loved ones are aware of your decision.
  • Have you completed your Will, ensuring your wishes are crystal clear?

Remember, it's never too early to Plan Ahead and safeguard your future rights.

Join us for the annual Plan Ahead Campaign!

Our goal is simple: to get everyone thinking ahead. Whether it's safeguarding your rights, protecting against abuse, or ensuring your wishes are known and documented, early planning is key.

That's why we've partnered with some expert organisations:

  • Legal Services Commission of SA (LSC) • Office of the Public Advocate (OPA)
  • DonateLife SA (DLSA)
  • COTA SA
  • My Home Hospital, Wellbeing SA
  • End of Life Care, Health System Performance, Department for Health and Wellbeing

Plan Ahead isn't just a campaign; it's a challenge to the South Australian community. Let's think about our future and make sure our wishes are known and respected.
