International arrivals

All people travelling in and out of Australia should be aware of Australian Government requirements for international travellers.

All travellers (vaccinated or unvaccinated) who arrive in SA are no longer required to undertake a rapid antigen test or PCR test on arrival.

Travelling overseas

Australian citizens and permanent residents ( vaccinated or unvaccinated) can leave Australia without needing an individual travel exemption.

Interstate arrivals

There are currently no restrictions on people entering South Australia from interstate.

If you test positive to COVID-19 outside South Australia, you should follow the requirements of the state or territory where you tested positive.

Travelling interstate

If you want to travel from South Australia to another state, check the rules of the state you are travelling to before you leave.
