Visiting Medical Specialists
Visiting Medical Specialists (VMS) are recruited and appointed on a contractual basis usually for a period of up to 3 years - the majority of VMS positions are filled through this process. Prior to filling any positions, Hospitals and Health Units assess the need to continue the positions.
