Research grants at SALHN
SALHN strives to continually improve our research capability which is done though engaging our partners across health, academia and industry. We have a variety of internal and external grant opportunities throughout the year. SALHN can also administer a range of grants on behalf of SALHN staff. The SALHN Enquiry Grant Round is launched in September each year.
SALHN Research — Enquiry Grant Round
In collaboration with our Major Partners; Flinders Foundation and The Hospital Research Foundation, SALHN is pleased to announce the Enquiry
Grant Round aimed at supporting the SALHN Research Direction and encouraging further research across our network.
Thanks to the generosity and support of both the Flinders Foundation and The Hospital Research Foundation, the total funding pool for 2022 is $1,000,000 which will provide funding for research studies to be conducted by SALHN staff members.
Submissions are encouraged from all departments and divisions across SALHN with the grants being administered by the SALHN Office for Research.
Applications are being sought for each of the following themes to align with SALHN’s Four Fields of Enquiry:
- Continuous Improvement / Implementation Science
- Discovery Science
- Clinical Trials
- Health Services Research
The proposed research must be of potential benefit to SALHN patients, with successful projects receiving funding for up to two years.
All applications for the 2022 SALHN Research Enquiry Grant Round must be submitted by Friday 18 November 2022.
