The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (PDF 9MB) sets out our vision and direction for the next five years, focusing on what matters most to our organisation, our consumers, communities, and our workforce.

This Plan builds on the strong foundations laid during our first five years. It reflects on progress we have made and reaffirms our unwavering commitment to placing consumers at the centre of everything we do.
