Commissioning Framework

Service Agreements
There is an annual Service Agreement in place between the Department for Health and Wellbeing and each Local Health Network (LHN) and the SA Ambulance Service (SAAS), for the provision of public health services.
The Service Agreements formally assign accountability for high-level outcomes and targets which are to be achieved during the term of the agreement, as well as define the minimum level of service required from the LHNs and SAAS and the funding to be provided for the delivery of those services.
