South Australian Public Sector Wages Parity: Salaried Enterprise Agreement
On 9 December 2021 the South Australian Employment Tribunal approved the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021 following a successful ballot.
The Agreement came into effect from 9 December 2021 and will nominally expire on 9 December 2024.
Process for negotiations
Negotiations have concluded in relation to the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021.
Employees covered by the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2017 were given the opportunity to vote in regard to the proposed.
An application was made to the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) for the agreement to be approved. SAET then gave notice for any party to set out in writing any objection or any other consideration and return to SAET before the approval date.
