South Australian Public Sector Wages Parity Enterprise Agreement: Weekly Paid
On 2 March 2022 the South Australian Employment Tribunal approved the South Australian Public Sector Wages Parity Enterprise Agreement: Weekly Paid 2022 (PDF 13.3MB) following a successful ballot.
The Agreement came into force on 12 March 2022 and will nominally expire on 2 March 2025.
Process for negotiations
On 30 July 2024, formal negotiations will commence for a new enterprise agreement to replace the South Australian Public Sector Wages Parity Enterprise Agreement: Weekly Paid 2022.
As required as part of the Fair Work Act 1994 (SA) (the Act), a Notice of Intention to Bargain (PDF 157KB) (the Notice) was issued on 10 July 2024. The Notice identifies the employees who are proposed to be covered by the new enterprise agreement and their rights to representation. Employees can be represented by an employee association under the Act (e.g., a Trade Union) or an agent of their choice.
